February 26 from 6:30-8:30 Ledge Craft Lane will be hosting its 5th Annual Art Aid, Silent Auction and Raffle at 120 S. Bridge St. in Grand Ledge. The annual event is a fundraiser for this non-profit arts organization which promotes local artists and crafters and supports the Grand Ledge business community. Housed in the 1865 historic fire house this organization has been a familiar presence in downtown Grand Ledge for 36 years.
An estimated number of 30 Silent Auction packages will be assembled from donated merchandise from local businesses as well as donations from the artists and crafters at Ledge Craft Lane. The party also includes food and entertainment. In addition, a raffle featuring four donated prizes will be offered. This year the raffle prizes include: 1st Prize a hand-knitted 8’ round lace tablecloth valued at $300, 2nd prize a hand-made quilt valued at $250, 3rd prize a $200 Visa Gift Card, and 4th prize a one night stay with breakfast at Rosewood Inn and dinner at Houlihan’s valued at $160. Tickets for the event and for the raffle are available at Ledge Craft Lane Wednesday through Saturday 10-5:30 or from any of the Ledge Craft Lane Board Members.
